Graduate Certificate Programs
The Graduate Certificate in Academic AdvisingThis program is a 15-credit-hour certificate program offered in partnership with the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA). This certificate prepares students for positions as academic advisors in college and university settings.
Classroom Technology Specialty
This specialty, available in both Elementary and Secondary Education, offers a 15-hour KSU Graduate School Certificate and transcript endorsement. Courses follow the National Board of Professional Teacher Standards Licensure model and use International Society for Technology in Education Teacher and Student standards in order to align technology use with curriculum outcomes to support student achievement.
To enter the Classroom Technology specialty an educator must have a current teaching certificate, classroom teaching experience or the equivalent, regular access to a computer, word processing application experience appropriate to grade level, access to the Internet, and e-mail.
