College of Education Course and Curriculum proposals are submitted to the Academic Affairs Committee Chair one week in advance of the monthly meeting. The following forms can be downloaded:

• College of Education Curriculum Change - Undergraduate
  and Graduate
• College of Education Proposed New Undergraduate Course
• College of Education Proposed Undergraduate Course Change
• K-State Graduate School Proposed Graduate Course or Course Change (link to K-State Graduate School website)

Note: For all new undergraduate and graduate courses, a completed syllabus checklist with department chair signature is to be included with the course proposal materials.
